Well, we hear both Carell and Gosling (playing the marriage counselor) have never been more comedic (well, Gosling has only had the chance to be creepy-funny) than in this script by getting-hot Dan Fogelman. With this cast, concept, and a major studio behind them, may we finally see the full promise of co-directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (Bad Santa, I Love You Phillip Morris).
