The Plot: Nebraska cop Kathryn Bolkovac (Rachel Weisz) takes a one-year contract serving as a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia, where she outs the U.N. for covering up cases of sex trafficking.
THE BUZZ: Larysa Kondracki reportedly handles an A List cast with laudable style in her feature debut, a true story that does not pretty-up Ms. Bolkovac's experiences, nor does it offer a justice-is-served ending. Of course there's talk of Rachel Weisz and awards nominations, but we're also wondering if Kondracki might have a Debra Granik Experience later this year?
